• Government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)

• Source of funds documentation for accounts with high-value activity

Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe will result in your account being suspended until documentation is received. Withdrawal requests will not be processed on suspended accounts.

You are responsible for keeping your account details — including your email address, mobile number, and postal address — up to date. win345 cannot be held responsible for service failures resulting from outdated contact information held on your account.

win345 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. The following payment methods are currently available:

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement and not a discretionary policy. win345 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above standard thresholds.

win345 does not charge a platform-side processing fee on standard withdrawals within normal daily limits. Third-party charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside win345's control and are your responsibility.

• Minimum and maximum stakes vary by market. The minimum single bet on sports markets is Rs 100. Maximum stakes are displayed on the bet slip at the time of bet placement and may be adjusted by win345 for any individual player or market at its discretion.
• Confirmed bets are final. Once your bet is submitted and confirmed via the bet slip confirmation screen, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Review selections carefully — win345 is not responsible for mistakes in bet placement.
• Odds are correct at the time of confirmation. For in-play bets, odds may move between you clicking a price and the bet being confirmed. If the odds move in your favour before confirmation, win345 will honour the better price where technically possible. If odds move against you, you will be offered the current price or given the opportunity to decline.
• Parlays and accumulator bets are subject to the rules of each individual selection within the bet. If one selection is voided, the parlay is recalculated as if that selection had not been included, reducing the number of legs and adjusting the potential return accordingly.
• Maximum payout limits apply on a per-settlement basis. The current maximum payout is displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement. Bets whose potential return exceeds the maximum payout limit will be declined or reduced to the limit at win345's discretion.

win345 reserves the right to suspend, limit, or close betting markets at any time without prior notice — including where an event is delayed, abandoned, or where win345 suspects market manipulation or any form of dishonest play.

win345 settles bets using official results published by the relevant sporting body, game organiser, or regulatory authority for that event. In the event of a dispute between published results from different sources, win345 will determine the correct settlement using the most authoritative available source.

A bet may be declared void — and the stake returned — in the following circumstances:

• An event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the cut-off period specified in the relevant product rules
• A market is offered in error (e.g., incorrect teams, incorrect event date, technically impossible outcome)
• A price is clearly offered in error where a fair market price would be materially different (known as a "palpable error")
• The relevant sporting authority voids the event's result (e.g., match-fixing investigation outcome)
• win345 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed with knowledge of a predetermined outcome

win345 will not void or refuse to settle bets that have been placed in good faith at fair market odds simply because the outcome is unfavourable to win345. Settlement is always governed by the official result of the event concerned.

win345 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any additional conditions stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become withdrawable as real money. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in its individual terms. Wagering requirements on win345 bonuses apply to the bonus amount only, not to the original deposit unless otherwise stated.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on win345 and will result in account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from a technical error will be voided
• Collusion with other players, win345 staff, or third parties to fix outcomes or manipulate markets
• Using win345 for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to place bets with advance knowledge of a result — including insider information in any form
• Opening multiple accounts to circumvent stake limits, abuse bonuses, or evade a self-exclusion
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour towards win345 staff or other players via any channel
• Sharing login credentials or allowing a third party to operate your account

win345 reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited conduct and to take any action it deems appropriate, including suspension of accounts pending investigation, withholding of funds during an investigation, and permanent closure of accounts where prohibited conduct is confirmed.

All content on the win345 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software code, user interface design, odds data, and promotional material — is the intellectual property of win345 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal betting purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any win345 content without prior written permission. Scraping or programmatic extraction of data — including odds data — from the win345 platform is prohibited without an explicit data licence agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, win345's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

win345 is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, anticipated savings, business, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from use of the platform
• Interruptions, delays, or technical failures in the platform not caused by win345's own negligence
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain account security

Nothing in these Terms limits win345's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. These limitations apply in addition to and not instead of any rights available to players under applicable consumer protection law.

Closure by you: You may close your win345 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, you must withdraw any available balance. Once the account is closed and the balance is withdrawn, account closure is complete. win345 will retain records as required by applicable law.

Closure by win345: win345 may close or suspend your account at any time if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms
• win345 suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• win345 is required to do so by law or by a regulatory authority
• You have provided false information during registration or verification
• win345 determines that continuing to provide services to you would create reputational, legal, or financial risk

Where an account is closed by win345 for a Terms breach, any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited. Real-money funds that were deposited and not derived from bonus activity will be returned to the original payment method after any applicable investigation period.

win345 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or via an in-platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect, except where an immediate change is required to comply with a legal obligation or regulatory direction.

Following notification of a material change, if you do not agree with the updated Terms, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your available balance within the notification period. Continued use of win345 following the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

The version of the Terms in force at the time a bet is placed governs the settlement of that bet. Amendment of the Terms after a bet has been confirmed does not affect the terms under which that bet will be settled.
